The Time Cleanse®
Video 1: Introduction 7 min
This course is designed to help you find and eliminate the blind spots and time toxins robbing you of your time.
Blindspot- something that you can’t see without stopping in the moment and physically taking a closer look.
Time Toxins – the activities or things that consume your time and prevent you from achieving your goals.
Here are a few guidelines and tips for you to maximize the time cleanse program. First, make sure you print out your time cleanse worksheet as you will be using this throughout the course.
1. Think about me as your one on one coach taking you through this process step by step this is how I have designed this coaching program.
2. I designed this course to maximize your time get your time focus and energy back fast. If you want to go deeper I have added my comprehensive time cleanse book for your reading.You will have all the resources needed.
3. Go through this at your pace stopping and rewinding to review any topic as much as you want. This not a race.
4. Finally, be sure to have fun! Focus on making progress- don’t worry about perfection.
