Instructions for your High Performance Results!
First download and print out the action guide below. Follow along as you watch each of the videos and complete as instructed. For you’re additional learning we have included my High Performance Coaching Book for you to download.
For best results:
- Watch each video in order.
- When you have finished each video, do the workbook exercises corresponding with that video. As you go through each exercise, be patient and allow some time for the answers you need to come through to complete the exercise.
- At the end of each video section, there is a corresponding Audio Conditioning Program for that section. Listen to that audio for days in a row at night when going to sleep.
For best results, listen to the Audio Conditioning Program while using a headset. (Warning: do not listen to while driving or operating heavy machinery.)
You can listen to them right on the computer by clicking the “Play Now Arrow” or, you can download them and put them on an iPod, Cellphone, etc… using the “Download Link. ”
