LUXURY REAL ESTATE BROKER

Background:
My client, Charles, is a luxury real estate broker in Los Angeles. He had some serious health problems that put his business success in jeopardy. He was into the third quarter of his year and was way behind in sales and income. He only had a few short months to turn things around and get back on track. With over half the year already gone he felt defeated and overwhelmed and needed a way to skyrocket his sales.
Objective:
Compress 1 years’ worth of sales into 3 months.
The Process:
Through the Time Cleanse “Time Compression” process, we established his specific goal of a year’s worth of sales in 3 months and the path to get there.
We identified his biggest toxic habits, activities, and time-wasters. In the process, he recovered 27 hours of wasted time that he could then reinvest in high ROT activities where he could focus on revenue-generating activities.
Charles went through all the activities of his business day and personal life during the exercises to determine what was contributing or contaminating to his sales. After he saw what was contaminating him and his business, I had him make a list of things he would no longer be doing in the future—hooks, triggers, and time-wasters. Together we created a plan with this new information to reach his goal.
Outcome:
After his eighth week, Charles hit his goal for the year: He closed 10 deals — the most deals and revenue he had ever done in such a short amount of time. The momentum continued for the rest of the year, helping him hit his all-time sales record for his 25-plus year career.

Background:
My client Pat, who is in his early thirties, is a former professional athlete and successful executive in the insurance industry who wanted to start his own consulting firm.
Objective: He wanted to improve both his personal life and his business. In his personal life, he wanted more time with his family (wife and kids), and he also wanted to get back in better physical shape and drop the extra 15 pounds he had gained. Professionally, he wanted to grow his business and income and take his business to the next level. These were his goals for the next year. His longer term goal was to stop working for someone else, and start his own consulting firm so he could be more in control of his destiny, be a great provider, and spend more quality time with his family.
The Process:
Pat had a values conflict, which was causing all his stress and anxiety. What we needed him to do first was a values alignment. After I helped him realign his values, he realized the importance of his career and family and that he needed to be successful in his career to support his family.
I took him through his values, both personal and professional, through the Time Cleanse system where he recovered 25.5 hours per week that he could reinvest in his goals.
After going through the Time Cleanse training system, he understood what was most important and that he actually did have the time to invest to get it. One of the takeaways for Pat from doing the Time Cleanse was that he had always wanted his own business, but he never believed he could do it or even have the time to make it possible. As he implemented the Time Cleanse principles, he discovered new possibilities. Once Pat reclaimed his time and saw how things were changing, his big breakthrough came when he decided to open his own consulting firm. He reinvested 10-plus hours a week of his reclaimed time into his own brand and business, creating a website, logo, content, and materials—and in less than 60 days he had opened his own consulting firm that continues to grow successfully today.
Ultimately, the Time Cleanse system gave him freedom. He never thought that sitting down with his goals and values would open his eyes in a way that would lead to having his own business where he’s the boss and now gets to decide whom he works with and, most importantly, gives him an abundance of time with his family while growing his income.

In 2 months he created his own consulting firm, Newport Ventures which has been now operating for over 3 years.
GLOBAL BRAND SALES TRAINING
Focus Brands, Atlanta, GA
Background:
Focus Brands is one of the largest franchisers of specialty restaurants and multi-channel
foodservice brands globally. Their goal is to unite iconic brands under one powerhouse company that leads the industry through product innovation, cutting edge business practices and an expansive media presence.
I was engaged for their national sales conference to implement The Time Cleanse High-Performance Sales Training system for businesses and professionals for their sales team in a one day training session.
Objective :
To motivate, refocus, and compress the sales cycle for their 25-member sales team.
The Process:
Utilizing the time compression system, we broke down each step of the sales process helping them recover valuable time and focus on high ROT (return on time) activities to shorten the sales cycle and increase sales.
Outcome
Their sales team, as a group, recovered over 250 productive hours collectively per week to reinvest in high return sales activities. The training created more engagement and motivation for them to break their sales records for the calendar year.






AGRICULTURE BUSINESS
Sol West Farms, Brawley, CA
Background:
Sol West Farms is a 20,000 acre, privately owned multi-product producer. They needed to increase their overall team productivity, the performance of their office staff, and their field team productivity.
Objective:
Inefficiencies in their corporate structure were – set up the strategies and tactics for the work flow of internal people and field teams. Increase communication, productivity and team performance. Process and communication.
The Process:
We did a 2-day High-Performance Time Cleanse training workshop to discover their ideal productivity flow for work in and out of the office, discover the strengths and weaknesses of individual team members, analyze management styles in the office, increase time of day and work flow efficiencies, and implement a customized Timefulness protocol. They also underwent resiliency training and learned Compassionate Productivity, which trained employees to reduce stress and be more resilient to work pressures.
Our 2-day performance and communication training helped in identifying who does what by when, and identifying toxic behaviors and habits that were holding the team back.
Outcome
Recovered dozens of productive hours for the team and realigned their processes, strategies, and tactics with their values and goals. The training increased their performance and production timelines, realigned the organizational structure with their top values and needs, identified key skills and talent in the organization, and restructured their workflow to increase the daily performance of the team. Both the office and field teams immediately reflected increased confidence, motivation, and communication skills.
